Terms of Service

Last updated: May 27, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of WhistleStop HQ (the “Service”), provided by WhistleStop.ai Inc. (“WhistleStop,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

WhistleStop HQ is an AI-assisted campaign-management platform for political candidates, campaigns, and committees. The Service uses software agents to help with planning, research, communications, and related campaign tasks.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

Your content and campaign data

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to the Service. You grant WhistleStop a limited license to process that content and data solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide any data you upload, including voter and donor information, and that your use of the Service complies with applicable election, campaign-finance, and privacy laws.

Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

AI-generated content

The Service produces AI-assisted drafts, analysis, and recommendations. Outbound actions are presented to you for review, and you are responsible for reviewing, approving, and verifying any content before it is published or sent. See our AI Disclosure for details.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed at the rates described on our pricing page. Introductory or first-cycle pricing applies only as described at sign-up. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with notice.

Compliance with law

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your campaign activity, communications, and data practices comply with all applicable laws, including campaign-finance, election, advertising-disclosure, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you must review it before relying on it. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhistleStop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or as needed to protect the Service or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the date above. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
