Each additional staff seat is $20 a month. Each additional opponent is $40 a month. Each additional social platform is $50 a month.
Billed in USD. Monthly renews monthly and you can cancel anytime. A prepaid term of 3, 6 or 10 months is charged once up front and renews at the same term. The 10 month term is one campaign cycle.
Each candidate is a hard tenant. No cross-tenant retrieval is possible at the database level.
No impersonation of real people. No voter suppression content. Ever. These are product rules, not footnotes.
TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest, with donor PII encrypted.
Every agent decision is logged with rationale and source. You can see why anything happened.
Outbound artifacts are reviewed against FEC, state, and emerging AI-disclosure rules before they ship.
A Year-2 SOC 2 Type II target, a planned public bug bounty, and an independent integrity board with transparency reports. Not yet in place.
A campaign headquarters run by AI agents. Eight departments, 45 agents, and one Campaign Manager over them. They research, draft, plan and report overnight. You read one brief each morning and approve what goes out.
Candidates for any office, in every state. City council, school board, county, state legislature, statewide and federal, and the committees that support them. It was built first for down-ballot races, where the professional stack costs more than the campaign raises.
Yes. WhistleStop is nonpartisan. The research does not depend on a party-locked data vendor, and nothing in the product changes by party.
A declared candidacy. Setup reads your office, district, party and election date from your own filed paperwork, so file first if you can. Have your opponent's name, your committee and treasurer, cash on hand, and the issues you care about. Nothing in setup is a gate. You can skip any step and come back.
No. One candidate per race. If two candidates in the same race apply, the first to sign is served and the second is turned away.
No. Setup takes about 30 minutes and the departments start the same day. The daily brief, opposition research and call time pay from the first morning. Rapid response matters most in the last weeks.
Yes. Invite anyone by email. Presets are Viewer, Scheduler, Comms consultant, Volunteer, Full consultant and Custom. One account can hold several campaigns, each in its own headquarters. Money and billing never leave the candidate.
No. WhistleStop HQ runs in a web browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
Local is $149 a month, State is $299, Federal is $999. Committee is quoted. You can prepay 3, 6 or 10 months in one charge and save about 5, 10 or 15 percent. The 10 month term is one campaign cycle, not a calendar year.
Scale, never features. Local tracks up to 3 opponents with daily research, 3 staff seats and up to 2,500 donors on file. State tracks the full field twice a day with 5 seats and unlimited donors. Federal tracks several races around the clock with unlimited seats, plus onboarding and strategy calls. Committee manages many candidates from one HQ.
No. All eight departments and all 45 agents are on every plan. Plans differ by scale, which means how many opponents you track, how often research runs, how many staff seats you get, and what support you get. We never hold a feature back to push you to a higher plan.
No. Volunteers are unlimited on every plan and always free. Staff seats are the paid ones: 3 on Local, 5 on State, unlimited on Federal. Each additional staff seat is $20 a month.
Add what you need or move up. An extra staff seat is $20 a month, an extra opponent is $40, an extra social platform is $50. You can move to a bigger plan at any time and the difference is prorated.
A content team for your social accounts, on any plan. Social Weekly is 3 posts a week on 2 platforms for $59 a month. Social Daily is a post every day on 4 platforms for $89. Social Daily plus Video adds 5 reels a week on up to 5 platforms for $149. Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. Every post waits for your approval. You can add the social plan when you check out, or later from Settings.
AI credits are like digital coins you use to pay the AI for the work it does. Think of AI credits as paying for computer processing time. The more work the AI has to do, the more credits it uses. Every social plan includes a monthly allowance. You do not need credits to write, schedule or publish a post, and you do not need them to use your own photos and footage.
An AI-made picture uses about 15 to 30 credits. A short video that uses AI scenery uses about 75 to 150 credits. A card built from your own photos, a video cut from your own footage, and every caption, script and message use no credits at all. Most weeks a campaign uses far fewer credits than its allowance.
Social Weekly includes 1,250 credits a month. Social Daily includes 2,000. Social Daily with Video includes 5,000. Your allowance renews on your billing date.
Nothing breaks. Your posts, scripts and your own media keep working. New AI pictures and AI clips pause until your next billing date, or until you add a top-up. Your dashboard shows a warning at 80 percent so you are never surprised. (pending)
A top-up is 10 dollars for 1,000 credits. You buy it in Settings with the card on file. Top-up credits do not expire while your subscription is active.
Yes, up to one month's allowance. Credits above that amount do not carry over. Top-up credits are not subject to this limit.
Yes. Settings shows your balance, your usage this month, and which posts used credits.
No. You pay the plan price and nothing else. There is no setup fee, no contract beyond the term you choose, and no fee to leave.
Yes. A monthly plan renews monthly and you can cancel anytime. A prepaid term of 3, 6 or 10 months is charged once up front and renews at the same term.
A monthly plan is not refunded for a partial month. A prepaid term can be refunded for the unused whole months if you ask within 14 days of the charge. After that it runs to the end of the term.
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, through Stripe. We never see your card number.
Email support on Local. Priority support on State. Onboarding and strategy calls on Federal. A dedicated success manager on Committee. Every plan can reach a founder through the form below.
Finance, Communications, Opposition Research, Field, Social Media, Scheduling, Office Admin and Compliance, coordinated by a Campaign Manager. That is 45 agents and every one of them is live today. Each has its own tools, memory and authority limits.
WhistleStop HQ is built on the Claude Agent SDK and runs on models from Anthropic. One model family, so the departments agree with each other.
No. Every outbound action waits for your approval. The agents research, draft and report. You decide what goes out.
Yes. Setup asks for three things you have written or said, and you can add more at any time. Communications drafts in that voice. You still read and approve every piece before it goes out.
A daily brief with what changed overnight and what to do about it. A weekly strategic brief. Urgent alerts when something breaks in the news. A briefing before each event on your calendar.
About 30 minutes. Five minutes of structured intake about your race, then your campaign website, your agents and your first 90 day plan are built while you wait. After that the departments start work on their own.
Not yet. The texting program is built, with consent capture, opt-out and quiet hours, and it turns on for your campaign once your carrier registration clears. You bring your own Twilio account.
No. The Paid Media Planner costs out a plan to the dollar, but nothing is bought. There is no path to spend money, your cap starts at zero, and every plan is flagged until you raise it yourself.
Findings are corroborated and validated by a review Council before they reach you, and every one carries its source. A finding that rests on an official filing is held back until the platform has opened and read that document itself, rather than trusting a link.
When we do get something wrong, the correction leads your next morning brief and names what was wrong. We would rather tell you than quietly fix it.
It tells you. A correction leads your next brief and names what was wrong. Where an agent cannot be sure, it is built to refuse rather than guess. You remain responsible for reading and approving anything before it is sent or published.
Outbound artifacts are checked against FEC, state and AI-disclosure rules before they ship, and the Compliance department keeps a cited rules registry. Answers cite the rule they rest on, or they go to counsel rather than guessing.
The headquarters works in every state. Where a rule sits outside what the compliance registry holds, the question goes to your counsel with the facts, rather than to a guess.
It prepares them. The filing worksheet computes every line of the Nevada EL201 and the California 460 from your contributions and expenses, with balances derived from the ledger, never typed in. It never files on your behalf. You or your treasurer file.
You are. WhistleStop checks outbound work against the rules it holds, cites the rule, and stops what it cannot clear. Your treasurer and counsel decide. The software never replaces them.
You do. Your voter, donor and campaign data stay yours. WhistleStop processes it only to run your headquarters, on your instructions, and we never sell it.
No. Your data is used to run your headquarters and for nothing else. Our AI provider is permitted to use it only to provide the service to us.
No. Every campaign is a hard tenant, separated at the database level, so one campaign can never retrieve another's. That is enforced by the system, not by policy.
Exactly what you grant them, section by section, and every action is logged. You can change or revoke access instantly. Financial controls are never delegable, so they always stay with you.
It stays yours. Your headquarters stays open as long as you keep the account. When you close it, ask and we delete your campaign data, apart from what the law requires us to keep. Ask before you close and we give you an export.
On Amazon Web Services in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest, with each campaign isolated at the database level. It is backed up every day to two regions, and an encrypted copy is kept outside AWS.
With your email and an authenticator app. Two-factor is required for everyone, not optional. Sessions sign out after a period of no activity that you set.
Write to security@whistlestop.ai from the email on the account and a founder will verify you and restore access.
Donations run on Stripe, with its own fraud screening on every transaction, and the funds go straight to your campaign's account. They never pass through us and we take no cut. More about security.
Built for candidates of any political office, in every state.
