WhistleStop HQ (the “Service”) is an AI-assisted platform. This page explains how the Service uses artificial intelligence and what that means for you.
How the Service Uses AI
The Service is built on the Claude Agent SDK and uses AI models provided by Anthropic. Software agents within the Service generate drafts, summaries, research, and recommendations to assist with campaign tasks. Content you provide may be processed by these models to deliver those features.
AI-generated outputs may not always be unique and may resemble publicly available content or materials generated for other users.
Human Review and Approval
The Service includes review and approval workflows intended to allow users to review outbound communications and published content before distribution or publication.
The Service assists campaign operations, but users remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and monitoring campaign activity and communications.
Accuracy
AI-generated output can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-assisted content — including facts, figures, quotations, images, audio, video, and legal claims — before relying on it, publishing it, or distributing it.
Disclosure Obligations
Laws governing AI-generated political communications vary by jurisdiction and may change over time. Users are responsible for determining and complying with applicable federal, state, and local disclosure requirements and other laws governing political communications.
Synthetic Media and Impersonation
The Service must not be used to create materially misleading synthetic media or false representations of real individuals.
The Service must not be used to impersonate real people or to create synthetic media that falsely depicts a real individual. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
